I am not a resident, I did however go in for tour. I was running late & it was end of day, but Myrical waited for me & still gave me a tour & sat there with & & explained everything. never one did she have an attitude or try to rush me, even though it was me that kept her there late. She is really a beautiful soul & I hope the management values her!!! She truly cares not only about her job, but her residents & potential residents as well.

I lived at timber woods previously & it was ok. I moved back under the management of the newest Community manager Myrical P! She was so swift & efficient getting me in immediately. I got the exact unit i wanted online no hastle. Toured & was in 3 days later. Thank you timber woods!

Maintenance was amazing we had a whole bunch of issues in our apartment, and was fixed before I got home from work!!! Grateful that we can get the help that we need

Big shout out to Miracle at the front desk!!! She has been such a big help to me and my process! It has not been easy and I still have yet to move in, but she’s been beyond GREAT! Very helpful, respectful, communicates outstandingly and I don’t think I could’ve had a better person to help me through this process the way that she has. Thank you Miracle!!!

Myrical showed me the property and I thought it was so beautiful. She was very kind and very professional! She had excellent customer service which was a breath of fresh air! She was really kind and thoughtful answering any questions I may have had.
