Myrical is AMAZING she answered every little question I had for her with flying colors I’ve been so so many apartment buildings and I haven’t got any good apartment tours of what I want in my future home and she was top tier !!!!! A quiet area near all the places I need to go and work Thanks Myrical 💕💕

I have spent my military career living on-post, and this has been my first experience living outside of a military installation. There have been extremely minor maintenance concerns that were addressed promptly and fixed within a day of notice. Francisco is the repair man you want!!! Myrical is the community manager, and she is professional, knowledgeable, and proactive when it comes to upkeep of the complex. I cannot recommend a better place in town for those who need a comfortable place to live.

As a first time being able to rent an apartment and getting declined everywhere I went. I was very happy to have Miss miracle because she was able to find me the perfect apartment for me and my husband below our budget plenty of space and everything we asked for she is amazing and she always replies and gives me any little detail. I forget she’s very helpful and I’m so happy I was able to move in soon.

I am not a resident, I did however go in for tour. I was running late & it was end of day, but Myrical waited for me & still gave me a tour & sat there with & & explained everything. never one did she have an attitude or try to rush me, even though it was me that kept her there late. She is really a beautiful soul & I hope the management values her!!! She truly cares not only about her job, but her residents & potential residents as well.

I lived at timber woods previously & it was ok. I moved back under the management of the newest Community manager Myrical P! She was so swift & efficient getting me in immediately. I got the exact unit i wanted online no hastle. Toured & was in 3 days later. Thank you timber woods!

Maintenance was amazing we had a whole bunch of issues in our apartment, and was fixed before I got home from work!!! Grateful that we can get the help that we need
