Myrical has been such a great Community Manager. She pays attention to detail, a good listener and goes above and beyond to ensure I am comfortable and that my questions or needs are attended to. She is polite and very approachable.

I’ve lived here for almost a year and ever since Myrical became the Community Manager, the morale in this community has increased tremendously. Myrical is a ray of sunshine, she works diligently to ensure she meets the needs of the tenants who reside here. She is able to communicate effectively and responds in a timely and highly professional manner. She has a response or solution for any question or concern you may have. The apartments are very beautiful and the washer + dryers are included in your rent, you won’t find that anywhere else. The neighborhood itself feels very safe and I haven’t had any issues since I’ve lived here.

Francisco is absolutely phenomenal! He handles every issue I have had professionally and expeditiously! Going out of his way, even when he is not on the clock to help out. Couldn't ask for better!

I have spent my military career living on-post, and this has been my first experience living outside of a military installation. There have been extremely minor maintenance concerns that were addressed promptly and fixed within a day of notice. Francisco is the repair man you want!!! Myrical is the community manager, and she is professional, knowledgeable, and proactive when it comes to upkeep of the complex. I cannot recommend a better place in town for those who need a comfortable place to live.

As a first time being able to rent an apartment and getting declined everywhere I went. I was very happy to have Miss miracle because she was able to find me the perfect apartment for me and my husband below our budget plenty of space and everything we asked for she is amazing and she always replies and gives me any little detail. I forget she’s very helpful and I’m so happy I was able to move in soon.
